so i have one white one and one that was turn pinkish violet.

i bought it like that. so is it the bulb or like a ballast or what?

should i just buy a new pair?

 

its the bulb. Time for new ones

 

had the same problem...one was more pinkish than the other. i bought a used pair from the blackmarket and they are matching just fine now

 

Ebay will be your best friend for bulbs

 

i just bought 8000K hid

anyone have these? they say they arnt as bright,, aynyone know how much less brighter they are? alot of different sellers claim diff colors

wat color exactly is the 8000K

Use the search button. The color (k) has been beat to death. Also id be very leary of ebay (cheap) hids. Remember you get what you pay for.

 

yeah do a search, but general knowledge is, the higher the Kelvin the lower the Lumens, or ability to light the road.

anything above at least 6000k is just aesthetic.

Why did you get it? If its for brighter output then stock, then no. If you like the color then yes.
