there are alot of options if you take your front bumper cover off, if you don't take it off the options are very limited, I have to take it off soon to change out my headlight housings I'll take some pics and post for you

seriously, the bumper cover is very easy to take off, if you don't take it off you won't be able to secure them properly, trust me I tried without taking it off and was a total PITA although in the end its your call

There's a little shelf on each side, by the oem ballast. I just put a double sided tape and stick it on there.

Directly behind the fog light housings, there are vertical metal plates. I mounted mine on there with double sided tape and it's been holding up just fine.

dude taking the bumper off is cake. takes me like 10 minutes by my self. the biggest pain is the damn clips.

heres the process.

i got a kit that was a copy of the phillips set just an off brand. made in japan. i got it off ebay. every thing was plug and play didn't have to cut any thing and the bulbs were made for the fogs i forgot what size.

heres some pics

just stick the ballast behind the bumper. just make sure you stick them behind the fogs. the one i stuck more toward the middle and you can see one wire from the front of the car. it was cake. i also advise taking the metal peice thats inside the housing out. i did that when i redid my lenses and it makes a world of a difference. light gets thrown out to the sides its perfect for seeing deer on the sides of the roads.

the only thing that sucks is i need to change my headlight bulbs so they match a little better. i was thinking about putting yellow rockblocker over my fogs but i think i like the blue better.

there was a DIY for taking the stock bulbs and putting them into the fogs while you upgraded the headlight bulbs. i forgot where. but on ebay they sell the adapters for that.
