HID Foglight question???

Hey Guys,

CAR: 2003 Acura TL Type-S

Before I get slammed I have already done ALOT of "searching" here on the site and cant seem to find what im looking for. My question is this.. I want to convert my foglights to a HID system but wanted to see what kits you guys are using and how you like them?? Also, where can I buy the HID kit for the foglights? I am looking for something in the 4500K-6000K output range. Want them to match the factory low beams as much as possible. DO NOT want the "ricer too blue look".

Thanks in advance for any input...

I have the HIDXTRA kit in 3000K and love them. Had them for about a year now. You can find them in our Vendors section. $60 shipped I think is what I paid.

And you can always get customer service for any issues.

you can go to HID extra and get a kit. i can't remember if your fogs are 9005 or 9006, someone else will chime in on that. it's real easy.

i've got 3000k and love it

4300 is low beam color stock
6000 is more blue than you probably want
3000 is great for actual fog, yellow tint to them does not reflect back off water droplets

i don't mean to thread jack, but this is also a foglight question. do the foglight wires separate from one to two? is that why the fog wire on the passenger side has this "other" wire coming off of it and the driver's side doesn't? because i hooked up my hid kit and only the right side works so i'm thinking it's a problem with the voltage since the passenger side is using up all the energy so the other one's not lighting up. please help!
