HID Foglight + Corning Lights Question

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HID-X...spagenameZWDVW

^is that the correct type that'll fit into my 2003 NBP TL-P? All I know is that 9006 is the bulb size that I need to get, other than that I have no clue.

Also, where do I purchase the amber blinking silver bulb? I plan on clearing out my headlights soon and change the amber blinking yellow bulb to an amber blinking silver bulb.

Much thanks and appreciation in advance!

I don't know if that is really what you want, but normally you just need to get a matching white bulbs; matching means matching the white ambient with HID headlight.

yes those will fit and if you planning on clearing your headlights you might as well go with better bulbs than those cheap amber ones and sliver ones... go with switchbacks led blubs for you turning signals http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm stroll all the way down once the web is loaded and go to where is says Introducing the Switchback 1157 Combination Amber and White LED Tower Bulbs

Those looks badass. I'm going to pick up a set for my turn signals. Did you get the 20 or 30 LED tower?

What bulb does everyone suggest for the running lights?

werd. i got the 30 to. i mean, i think the 20 ones would fit since 20 is 1" in diameter (i think) and 30 is 3/4" in diameter. 3/4 fit nice. 1" would fit nice to.
but more is better?? haha

Has anyone tried those forward facing LEDs they have for the turn signals? I like the amber too much to have those switchbacks I think. Would an amber LED tower in the running lights look good with the switchbacks for the turn signal or would you go with a white LED tower instead?

I also have 3000K fog lights. I love 'em!

amber would look cool to but the whole point of mine was to get rid of the ugly amber but yet have it. thus the switchback (white + amber[only when turn signals are on]) and amber on the lower portion.

as for resistors?

i have leds for both rear and front and i bought a 3ohm resistor from them(www.autolumination.com).. i'll take a pic tomorrow if i can see it to show you where i sliced mine into.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. Which LEDs did you go with for your rear turn signals?

i think i have this one (color is right but don't kno if its this or the other one)

but for some reason. it didn't fit so i dremeled up the part where i plug the bulb in (yes i got the right size bulb) and then it didn't fit into the effing tail light housing.. (i knew i should've measured before buying...) so i dremeled the opening a little bit to make it fit.

all in all. it works well

Those look sweet. I would get the amber for my front and rears. I'm not really into the hyper white color, but it sure looks good on your car. How much did they run you? All I would need is the bulbs correct? I don't need anything like flashers to wire up w/the bulbs to work right?

^^^^^ if you have led running at the moment you probably have resistors but each bulbs " switchbacks" are about $25 each as for the rear i bought red led turning signal bulbs so $25 for the switchbacks and $18 for the rear and $7 bucks for each resistors of autolumination.com

im crazy to get mine installed but need to clear my headlights soon

Cisko TLS is about right. i've spent about a good 50-60 on all the LEDs and resistors for the turn signals. it's pretty easy to install. If you were in Higley Arizona, sure, you can go pick them up if they allow you to. haha. but for now, its only available online through www.autolumination.com

i did all the installation myself.. i spliced mine in the rear. much easier to get to compared to the front. just remove the cover (don't kno what its called atm..) and look for the wires for the turn signals. get the resistor. (should come with the splicing things.. gosh im so out of it..) and just splice the 2 ends on both wires on the turn signals. easy as pie.

If you're just looking for the chromed amber bulbs (which is the way I went rather than switchbacks) - You can get those from autolumination too. I found cheaper ones out there (2.50/bulb) vs the 12/pair - but factor in the free shipping and it all works out. Not to mention at least autolumination appears to be big enough to own up to their mistakes if something happens. Not calling some 12 year old kid from taiwan and explaining why he should send you another set.

you see that blue thing? its jus spliced.. CRIMPED! haha.. the resistor thing already comes with two on each end. all you do is jus crimp each end on the wires.
the wires should be green and black from what i remember.
one side of the resistor crimped to green.. other side crimped to black. do other side. maker sure you get like... pliers and jus crimped it nice. and then check. should work.
