i am still using stock bulbs on my 99' and i was wondering if i anyone has any suggestions if i wanted to get a stronger bulb and how long these bulbs last ? my buddy just bought xenons for his mercedes and that thing lights up the whole block easy. any ideas ?

 

Your stock bulbs should last more than the life of the car. You can upgrade the bulbs to 6000k. It won't output anymore than your stock bulbs, but it looks a lot blue/purple.

if his Mercedes is recent, than it comes with xenons..

Anyways your 99 already has Xenons, the only upgrade is 6000k, the light output is less but the color looks nicer.. Unless you want to do a NEW MOD or something Like that guy who got Q45 or GS300 Lights

 

Guess i will have to stick with the stocks .His Mercedes is a 96 S320 and he bought em online for $600

I bought my 00 TL a month ago, and my lights a blueish/purple. Does that mean they were replaced with the 6k ? how can u tell?

HID should last at the least 10,000 hrs, but it all depeds on the type of HID (bulb life usually rate from 6,000 hrs to 20,000 hrs. While it may not be extreme as TypeSDragon said.....they do last a while and way longer then halogens which are rated around 1200 hrs.

 

someone ordered 3 sets of hid from me and then he flaked so i have couple sets for sale, if youw ant them 290 shipped. 6000k and 7500k.

How much do they cost on avg and can I get them to match the headlights perfectly?

2000TL does not have fog lights and Honda does not offering any. The only thing you can do is get after market fog lights or custom fog lights just like my car.

 

It says in your description that you have a Honda OEM Foglight kit?

How much is that on average? And then could I get them to match the OEM HID's on the Acura?

What brand would match the Headlights?
