Probably contaminated. Did you do anything with the headlight housing?

Maybe, but you should find out where the leak is first before you spend $150. Did you just clear your headlights???

If you did not clear your headlights and you are still under warranty, then take it back to the dealer. The stock lights should not be messing up this quickly, especially since it's HID and not regular halogen.

Are you sure? $35 for brand new HIDs sounds too good to be true.

Check your car manual, it should tell you how to remove it. But remember NOT TO touch the HID bulb itself!!!!

Actually the manual tells you not to remove the bulbs by yourself, but to have the dealers to it.

aMiR - you can take a look at it and it shouldn't be very hard.

I still believe it's contaminated. One of my friend's HID did the samething. Although it didn't turn red like your's, it came on normal then from white to yellow and very dim. He since replaced it with a new bulb and it worked fine.
