Exclamation Hi Everybody

i just bought a 2000 tl a month ago, it was compleatly stock in side and out and the car needed some body work since every peice of car has a ding and little bump or something. i am in the process of putting the oem body kit,03 tail lights, front eyelids,WW rear spoiler and bought some brand new 06 tl rims and tires which by the way look hot on this car. i also got the whole car painted with the best quaility paint (same color) which is laguna green. i wana come to one of the meets if there are any coming up soon. i live in NYC area. so please keep me posted. and by the way i cant seen to have any money ever since i bought the car. this dam modding is like a drug, u just can't stop.

Welcome to the club. Sounds like a big list of things to do. Id maybe think twice about the rims though. The dont have the correct offset and stick out a little and dont look right

Absolutely agree, I never could understand why people put the 3G TL rims on 2nd Gen TL & CL..The offset is wrong and the rims don't look that good anyway.

3G rims on 2G TL is

It doesn't look good at all, the squarish and angular lines of the 3G rims clash with the body design of the 2G. The quickest way to ruin a 2G is to put 3G rims on, .

Other than that,

yeah never liked the 3g TL wheels on a 2g. they stick out and you cant slamm it, and I dont think they look that good, the type-s wheels look waay better. Nice car though. Good luck with the moddin. this is just my opinion.. But I love everything else you have done or is going to do..
