Help!! Where Is Our Ecu Port?
my check engine light has been on for 2 days now, so I took it to autozone to get the code read. but the guy said he did not know and could not find our ecu port. he was saying that until I find it, he can't do anything about it. Is it hard to get to it? he was saying that it maybe difficult to get to. anyone know for sure where it is, and how to access it? thanks in advance. autozone is only opened for another 3 hours, and then they are closed tomorrow. thanks for the help!

think it is in the cabin behind the center console, you get to it by lifting up the rug. I,m not sure on this, but i need to plug my unichip PnP into it when i receive it in a week or so, & thats what they were talking about. Go to the acura cl site under the unichip group buy, you will find it in that thread.

The ODB II connector port is under the coin holder/ashtray. Just pull it up and back to remove it. If you want to access the ECU, you need to remove the side carpeting around the center console. I doubt that autozone has something to tap directly to the ECU, its more likely you are talking about the ODB II connector for engine code errors.
