Help!! Very Frustrated

i got my brakes turned and put new pads on the front and they are squeeking like crazy, i went to another place and had them put antisqueek spray, it helped a little but not enough.
I am planning on changing my brake system to cross drilled rotors by powerstop. the reason i an doing this is because i just put my rims on and you can see everything! What do you guys think about powerstop? Is it quality? and are there other companies out there that make rotors for our cars? i have a 2000 tl.
thanx in advance

Check your brakes. The clips on the caliper brackets that hold the pads in place might not be on right. The sqeaking may be coming from the clip rubbing againts something.

You should also rough up your pads some with sandpaper. As for the rotor discussion, do a search and you will come across some threads. From what I found out, cross-drilled rotors are mainly for looks, which it sounds like you are concerned with.

I totally agree, especially if you have aftermarket performance brake pads, like Endless. Just sand down half a millimeter or so. That should do the trick. If not, make sure that you don't have any residue on your rotors and brake pads. Use some CO2 spray can to spray off any dust.
