Help! Sway bar bent, can it be fixed?

Have a comptech rear sway bar that is bent. the drivers side to about 85% to the pass side seems fine, but the pass part that curves to the end link is pushed in. i bought it used "as is" and am pretty pissed. i didnt even notice till it was installed, and it was just clipping the frame. when it was placed on the ground with the oem bar, the pass side was about 4-5 inches pushed in.

im pretty sure the rear comptech bar is solid. do any metal experts know if i can heat it up and straighten it out? can i take it to a shop to repair it? is its plain junk?

thanks guys
