Does anyone have the Helm service manual that can scan in the pictures of where I am suppose to lubricate the hinges, locks, and latches as recommended in the maintenance schedule? Does the manual also specify the type of lubricant to use?

I wouldn't know the place they call for in the manual but you can't go wrong using white lythium grease on hinges and latches. I don't use ANYTHING on the locks unless you have weather stripping that is not sealing anymore on the doors.
