Yeah it is, I used it. You dont have to take the front lip of the body kit off. You dont even need to take the fog housings off, just be careful thas all. But taking the fog housings off is just another 5 mts. ne wayz.. so not going to make a big difference.

If I remove the bumper... will the plastic piece underneath the front bumper (the piece that covers the bottom part so you can't see anything through it) be moved as well? I think this might be a problem since I have a neon tube installed there... any ideas?

Taking off the bumper will not cause any problems with the neon tube. It is very easy. There is a 8mm screw in the wheel well. There is a 10mm bolt right were the wheel well and bottom of the fender. There is is 4 clips underneath that hold the bumper to the rest of the car. Then there is a bunch of clips on top.

Yes it will. But to adjust the lights it's easy... there are marks on the black plastic piece that is in the engine bay going from headlight across the grille to the other headlight. there are marks to tell you which way to adjust the light , U-->D and L-->R.

BUT, you don't have to take the lights off to get the bumper off. If you don't take the lights off you will not have to readjust the lights, tada!

One thing, when putting the bumper back on make sure the bar on top of the bumper, is as high as it can be, that way it will get rid any gap below the lights. Makes a huge difference.

Why would removing the bumper affect the headlights? I have removed the bumper several times but I have not needed to re-aim them. The only times I needed to where when I got them cleared and when I changed out the 4300Ks to 6000Ks.

No problem. I had it stored in my favorites before the site was re-designed and whatnot.. and yes, the mods should re-add the DIY page. *WINK*WINK*

No the plastic piece underneath the bumper wont come off. If you look at the pictures in the DIY that was given above you'll see how the car looks without the front bumper on.

Sorry, I read too fast and just saw bumper and skipped over the headlight part. Yeah you can take it to them but I just hope that they don't charge you. I just parked about 10 to 15 ft away from the wall and then it on. I tried to get the top to align on both and it was done. nice and simple... no biggie.

http://www.acura-tl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=78582 if you want to reaim the headlights. Taking off the bumper is really easy and you shouldn't stress so much over it. To take off the headlights there are two bolts which might be a little hard to get to but that is about it.
