What are people talking about when they say "cut the tabs"? I have slight rubbing on my back two tires, but only when people are sitting in the back seat. Some people have told me that I can rid myself of this by "cutting the tabs". What exactly do I cut, what would I use to do it, and what are the instructions for doing it??? Any help would be grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!!
