Help Please v.s.a. light on after radio install

Help Please v.s.a. light on after radio install
Yah, so i installed my system today, in my 03 TL-s, 2 amps, radio and kit etc...
I took my time, was super careful, I've put in a million Stereos, so its not like i don't know what i'm doing. My V.S.A light is on and will not turn off. the only thing i can think is that it had somethin to do with that second plug on the back of Factory radio. That's the only thing i didn't hoook up because there was no place to hook it up. ..And Crutchfield told me it was not necessary.
If you have any experience with this, i'd appreciate some help, don't wanna have to spent 90 an Hr at the Dealer.(who would probably mess it up worse :P)
