Help Needed With Air Filter Install

I went to install my new K&N and when I started to take out the screws, I quickly learned that they're stripped. The grooves for the screwdriver to fit in are gone and not even a power drill could get the screws out. What do I do now?

No choice....Drill the screw heads off and open the box lid. You should then be able to pull out the remaining screw shafts with some vice grips. Hate it 4 U.
Some previous person at the Juffy lube probably cranked 'em too hard.
