Exclamation Help Me

Hello I have a 2002 TL-S and for some reason my car died in the middle of the street, when I was at a red light! I dont know what is the cause for this, someone please tell me what is going on. Also when im at a red light my car's RPM starts fluctuating from 1000 rpm to 500 rpm and the steering wheels starts shaking. I called the dealership and asked if it might be the transmission problem and they said it wasnt. They just told me to bring my car in for a check which cost 95 dollars! People told me it might be my vacum hoses or my fuel injector or my spark plugs. Can some one tell me what to do? Thanks in advance!
