My passenger stock Xenon stoped working yesterday, so I swapped the left/right bulbs and it turned out not to be the bulb itself.
I am planning to isolate the problem by swapping the left/right ballast and ignitors tomorrow.....does anyone know how to remove them?

Also...Do I need to remove the bumper in order to do it??

If I remember correctly when I did it, you should be able to do the ignitor w/out removing the bumper. But you'll def have to remove the bumper for the ballast.

Good luck, it was the ballast for me. In terms of DIY, do a search on the forum for ballast.

Mine drivers side light went off but came back on when I turned the headlights off then back on. Does anyone know if this will be a re-occuring problem. I am assuming that it may be the ballast as well but I am not sure. I don't know much about HIDs.

oh shit this happened to me yesterday

my passenger side started turnin purple yesterday and then today it went out. once i turned it off and back on it came on and started to turn purple again and then blew out again. my car is under warranty so acura will replace my bulb on monday

More info...for me it was not the bulb either, but I bought the Philips 6000k bulbs. I removed the ballast and that was the problem. I tried baking the ballast like some people have suggested but it didn't work for me. So I ordered my new ballast for acuraautomotiveparts.org and will replace it as soon as it comes in.

what does baking the ballast do? Just asking cause I'll be working on a similar headlight problem this weekend. My passenger side healight flickers. But the weird thing about it is that both my highbeam lights turn on at a dim level when I turn my lights on now. Anybody else have this problem. Wondering if there is an electrical bug somewhere in the sytem.
