hey guys my car the armrest/console keeps squeaking the first comparment when i left it up its a bit lose is there a bolt or something i can tight? so it stops and also where my seat belt is there is also a little noise anyone ever had these problems?

my armrest squeked too it might be one of the bolts for the nylon slides, have to take it apart , but only did it yesterday but seems to be better already

my armrest always flies up and down while i drive aswell as squeaks

There is a few screws that need to be tightened, they are located at the bottom of the top tray(underneath), once tight the armrest will no longer fly up.

mine squeaks too but i just turn up the music lol, or if there are ppl in da car then i just put down the lumbar support and it stops squeaking.

the lumbar support adjustment on the side of the driver seat- its activator arm pushes against the edge of the center console and instant noise!

check that first

Driver seatbelt mechanism are known to get slow or no retraction of the belt and is a `special covered warranty` item to 10 year 150k miles

Tip to all- leave the center console rear air vent OPEN all the time so air gets out of the plastic tube- or moisture can build there and mold can grow
Also when using cold or hot, it will take that temp thru to the console and your CD or drink cup in the holder can be affected
Leaving the vent open will help overall
When closed there is no escape for the air!
