Help!!

I was driving today and had the heat on. After a few minutes i looked at the temperature setting and it said 06. I had set it to 87. I immediately pressed the off button but the temperature remained there....wierd??....i pulled over and turned off hte engine. Started it up again and it went back to normal...Is this a bug that cant be fixed? has this happened to anyone else???

Weird, I say go to your dealer and have it checked out.

It might be a one-time fluke and not warrant a trip to the dealer. Just keep it in mind before your warranty expires or if you have to go for another reason, have them check that as well. The problem with the dealer's and other mechanics, which is in no way their fault, is that they can't fix something that isn't broken. With that being said, everything might check out OK on your ride. Is it worth the trip Well, that's up to you. But I would definitely bring it on in if it did it again. Good luck with this...

The temp sensor could be too cold when you first start up the car.
