Exclamation HELP! 03 TL Type S

Hey guys!
Let me just start out by saying that I've used this forum many times to help me diagnose and fix a few issues with 03 TL-S.

With that being said, I need help identifying a part that I nicked while drilling out a bolt.

It is located on the drive side, just under the IAC valve, but not pretaining to air. This is a oil leak, or more like a 10' squirt. It almost to me looks like some sort of oil cooling device as it connects to a silver cylinder that has coolant lines running to it. Any and all help is appreciated. I really jhust need to know what that part is because I cant seem to find on any diagrams.

Thanks guys! You all rock!
