Where are they all going ???

I know it is commonly said "ricers" are stealing them but IMO too many have been stolen to explain that.

I haven't seen any on E-bay be re-sold so where are they going ??

 

I'd imagine the majority of them are being installed in cars that didn't come with HIDs. It's fairly easy to wire them up to any other Honda/Acura, although aiming them is another story.

As for the numbers -- it doesn't surprise me. You'd be amazed at the number of Integra GS-R's that were stolen and stripped for the drivetrain. There's probably more Integra-powered Civics in Fort Lauderdale than there are Civic-powered ones, but of course they're not ALL stolen.
