headlight question!!
headlight question!!
ok heres the deal i want to black out and clear my headlights but i have the eyelids glued on there....now i think that the heat would melt the glue all over the headlight and i know some of you are sayin why would you glue it well its because i didnt want anyone ripping them off and stealing them....i was wondering can i tell my insurance company that they were stolen and have them pay for a new pair for me for free??.....any other ideas on what i can do??? please help me
thanks
thanks
Your original idea sounds pretty lame. They will probably be fine in the oven since it only take around 15 minutes on very low heat to melt the silicon. Just try and do it with them on. If the glue melts just take it all off.
yea i think im gonna try to heat them with the eyelids on there if nto then ill take them off adn re-glue them....lol now that i thinkthe whole insurance thing its seems like a waste of time

The eyelids shouldn't be a problem anyway. I also prefer using a heat gun to open the headlights, that way you can control the heat better.
