Headlight ignitor needed, can any one help?

Ok, so after thinking that I only needed a new bulb since one of my headlights went out, I find out today from the dealership that it's not the bulb, it's the ignitor . To make matters worse, I'm not covered under my warranty and the total price is about $700! I want to search ebay, but I'm not sure about the exact name I should use for the search because I've found some cheap listings under simply IGNITOR. Can anyone offer any assistance/direction?

around 50 to 70 bucks..not no damn $700. Don't you know Dealers are known as molestors? They like grabbing people by the balls.

just to understand the price at dealers- labor rate 100-120 per hour

requires removal of bumper, headlight housing -sometimes a few things in the way of that, then the ignitor is under the housing and has to be removed and wires redone etc etc
Changing the housings on my car took much longer than expected
Getting the bumper off is the easy part!
Private shop or DIY

^^ ohh yeah. That price I said was if you were to install yourself. Which I always recommend since it's not an engine transplant.
