Headlight Help...Please

Hello all,

My TL and I were in an accident on Saturday. Long story short, the collision caused an electrical fire near the pass. headlight. The fire ate all the wiring and damn near melted the entire headlight assembly. My TL was in terrible shape. I've since ordered 2 new fenders, a new bumper, and rear tail light assembly. All the parts came from Ebay motors and suprisingly they will be in by Thursday or Friday. My real issue will be repaceing the HID headlights. I want to come back better than ever, so I'm looking to upgrade the headlight to better-than-new. Can anyone suggest a HID headlight replacement system (both sides) that I could install? I will be tearing out the stock headlight system. I know that I may be able to find a replacement system by searching the forums, but I need to order the system ASAP. Currently all my time is divided between working and working on my car. I've rented a garage in my apt. complex and have begun the teardown. Things are going well, so far. Any help will be greatly appreciated. After being cut-off and driven into an overpass guardrail, my TL suffered no mechanical problems. Engine runs fine, A/C blows cold, and she still drives straight with no hands on the wheel. Once again, my question is, If I tear out the headlights, ballasts and all, where can I buy a complete headlight system?

Thank You all!

Dont get what you mean by this. There is nothing that is available that is better than the stock units other than taking the stock housings and putting in custom projectors.

By upgrade I meant an increase in wattage. With that said, whats the best way to replace the headlight system?

Thank You!

I think he means whats better than OE to get the car back on the road
that would be a complete 35 watt hid kit from one of our sponsors- try www.hidextra.com and www.hidconcepts.com
also ck online for coupon codes- save 10%

you can get a complete setup bulbs ballast connectors and a relay kit--under 100 dollars
there are many of us using those companies products- look at both sites- shop around

bulb choice in color:
stock was 4300k,
5000k (kelvin scale) is preferred for slight increase in blue for picking out road marking better,,higher than 5000 is NOT better for seeing with

or you can go to a 55 watt setup- thats night into day!!
