Headlight Condensation

Hello,
Do you know any possible leaks in the headlight that can be fixed or re-sealed to stop the condensation? After washing the car, the driver side headlight got condensation in it, I heated it up and removed the back cover to allow moiture to escape. It was raining this morning and it got the condensation again, but it disappeared throughout the day. I checked the rear circle cap and water does not appear to sip in there. Where should I re-seal it from the outside? This one was replaced by dealer under warranty before at 48k. Now, it is way over and I don't think they will replace it again. The passenger side is still the orginal and has no problem with condensation.

Thanks for your help.

funny u posted this cause i was at the dealer today for this issue and they said that its not covered under warranty. best way to do it is to dry it up and reseal the whole thing. the dealer quoted me well over $250 for a new housing. fix this problem immediately because due to the condensation water came in contact with my bulb and it blew out the bulb and ignitor.

My right side headlight developed condenastion at 70K miles. Light is out but the bulb is good (tested it) so suspect it's the box (igniter?). Any tips?
