I just spent some time trying to figure out how to adjust the headlights on my '03 TL-S, both low and hi beams, both vertical and horizontal. I bought the factory shop manual and looked in there. Near as I can figure this is a summary:

LOW (HID): not adjustable horizontally, spur disc adjustment of vertical using philips screwdriver
HIGH: not adjustable in any direction
FOG: adjustable vertically only from a spur disc accessible from the bottom.

Can anyone confirm this is the situation? I will be installing new springs here shortly and expect to have to make some tweaks. Also, I'd like my hi beams to come down and to the right slightly -- apparently there is no way to make that happen. I have PIAA Platinum Super White replacement bulbs coming for both the hi beams and the fogs (3800 kelvin).
