Question HeadLight Adjustment

HI
Anybody has any idea how to adjust the headlights of a 2000 TL? Right after changing my high beam bolb, I can see that the lights are messed up at night and I can barely see things at night(In distance).
Does chanding my Hi beam bolb has anything to do with my LOW bean Xenons?
Thanks in advance

It shouldn't affect it if you simply just changed the high beam bulb.

Right behind the low beam headlight unit in the engine compartment there is a gear screw, use a philip screw driver to adjust that gear screw, very easy. With a philip screw driver, turn it counter-clockwise to aim lower, and clockwise to aim higher.
