Are headers and exhaust same for type-s and regualr model

Just wanted to know if the headers and exhuast for the Cl and Tl type-s are the same for the regular cl and tl. They have different part numbers on the comptech site, but I always thought they were the same. I might be buying Comptech headers and exhaust off a CL-S and just wanted to make sure they will fit.

Headers and Downpipe - s/s (3.2 TL 99-02) part#220-040
$1249.95
Headers and Downpipe - s/s (01-02 CL Type S) part#220-040 $1249.95
Headers and Downpipe - s/s (98-02 V-6 Accord) part#220-040 $1249.95

They all have the same part number (part#220-040) from the comptech site.

I know for a fact they are the same and they fit.

Overall, Manifolds are same but CL(TL) & S model use different pipe. All the model uses different part# exhast.

Different part # doesn't mean those are different spec or shape, though.

I'm not sure, but should fit. I think I once heard that the CL-S exhaust just look a little higher on the TL-S. or lower.

Anyways, is the same Y pipe, I'm talking about the mounting brackets. I would say buy them.
