Had a mechanic install my OBX headers. First thing he said was they were a horrible fit. I thinking to myself oh crap!!! He then proceeded to tell me that he had to bore out the holes bigger and then they fit great. He scared the heck out of me. Haven't had a whole lot of time to drive but could tell a diffrence. Next- Icebox.

 

The OBX headers are know to have fitment problems. Glad to hear that your mechanic was able to resolve the problem. How much did he charge you for the install?
