Where can I find detailed instructions for the installation of OBX or Comptech headers. I have seen the install directions on the Comptech site but it is too brief. I prefer directions pertaining to OBX. Although the install is either the same or very similar between the two brands.

Also, do you suggest that I should replace the header gaskets? I have about 17k mi. on my 2002 TL-S.

hmm...i don't know if this is something you want to do it yourself.
I hear header swap for V6 engine is pain in the @ss.
front sectoion of the header would be easy but the rear ones facing the fire wall might need removing lotta parts to get to it...

 

I'm not too worried about that. My buddy (very experienced working on cars) and I are going to tackle this job. He has a lift and every tool known to man.
