there is a lot of this going around, me included
Most are replacing the bulbs ballast and ignitor wire from a full kit like hidextra.com has for us
cheaper than any 1 part from acura!
an acura tech on here suggest the silver metal thing mounted on back of housings is a controller and fails= causing our problem
it comes with the new full kit in a different- and `waterproof` form
If there is moisture inside the headlight housing lens- must fix that first
but def points to moisture damaged parts issue

if you have swapped the bulbs left to right to see if prob follows bulb
Or have seen a pink or purple tint at startup of bulb (dead bulb)
that narrows the diagnostics
with the age of our cars and ~certain parts~ not being waterproof- the ballast and the control module seem to be dieing off at an alarming rate
good thing hidextra and ddmtuning offer such unreal low price `kits`
for 50-60 bucks!!, I dont care if it last 2 years or 10 --I will be happy
