Tim,
Are you sure you mean SCSI-3?
A lot of servers use Ultra160 LVD drives (Ultra-Wide).
These are a lot easier to find.

To make sure everyone understands:
This is what it means:
SE=Single Ended
HVD SCSI or Differential SCSI=High voltage differential SCSI, based on EIA485
LVD SCSI=Low voltage differential SCSI

I buy my drives from Hypermicro Systems. They are really nice to deal with and are very knowledgeable. Also, if you mention www.storagereview.com you can get free shipping too. I have no affiliation, just letting you know of a good place.
Another thing, the Quantum atlas 10KII 18GB ($229.00) is a good drive (I own a 9.1 GB version), along with the seagate cheetah 36XL ($225.00), or the Seagate X15 18GB ($345.00) if you want the fastest SCSI drive available.
Do you need 80 pin SCA for your server or 68 LVD? Big difference when you buy so check it out first. The 80 pin SCA is hot swappable, but requires a special HBA. I don't know what type of server you have so i can't check.
