Post H&R springs

Hey. I just got the CL-S rims and I need springs. The comptech lowers too much i think so im interested in getting the H&R OE springs. Does anyone know anything about them? Do i still have to buy new shocks? Am i gonna lose some ride?

Thumbs up

I have the H&R's and I am extremely happy with them. I have not done anything else suspension wise to the car. I did get a camber adjustment kit cause I put on aftermarket 17in rims. But the springs have been great up to now, have had them on for about 9 months. And the ride difference is a minimal loss considering how much better the handling is!!! I love them!

The H&R OEM sport springs will lower the TL almost the same amount as the CompTech. The H&R specs state .75"F and .5"R but the actual drop is about .5" more for front and rear. The springs are great and the cars looks perfectly level.

Can anyone verify what sutlTL just said? The HR OE springs drops the same amount as Comptech with apparently similar levels of comfort?

So can you feel the difference in ride quality at all? and is it true that even though the H&R say it only drops .75, it actually drops the same amount as the comptech ones?
