Grounding problem with XM radio

Anyone have a grounding problem with the XM Skyfi Commander. I am using the PIE 3 auxiliary input unit, similar to the Blitzsafe one. Even with the unit off I get a high-pitched whine. I'm running power through the cigarette lighter plug in the center console armrest.

Anybody have this problem and come up with a solution?

Neil

Never mind. I figured it out. Trip to Radio Shack tomorrow for one of these.
