I can't believe you just spend $1000 on a cat back exhaust. Do you have headers yet? They will make a much bigger difference.
And the GReddy EVO will not bolt up to the TL-P. The stock B-pipe is different on the Type-S. The two are not compatable and being the GReddy exhaust replaces the stock B-pipe this exhaust will not fit.
Cancel the order or get ready to take a hit when you sell it in the black market. That system is also for the CL-S. The TL-S has a longer exhaust system. It definitely WILL NOT FIT. The tips are like 4.5" in diameter and they will sit behind the bumper even if you did get the B-pipe to line up.

But you are young and you'll learn there's more to life than owning the fastest TL possible.

yea nothing against our TL's but for real, if you're spending that much money... why waist it on a big ass 4 door sedan. Makes more sense to spend 10k in aftermarket on a smaller faster car to start with.
But, modding is an addiction so I feel ya

It's not just the intercooler that makes more power, the intercooler allows you to run more boost. I believe the 1st I/C set up boosted power by 50whp. The newer intercooler should be more efficient and I would expect to gain another 10-20whp with the same amount of boost. It is not possible to get any more than 8-9lbs from the Comptech blower due to its size. Although 8-9lbs of I/C'ed boost is MORE THAN ENOUGH
