Gotta buy a tire and wheel...

It's true. My wife got her TL-S too close to a curb and took a chunk out of the tire and gouged the wheel. As I can see threads in the sidewall, the tire is history and since the car only 6 weeks old I'll likely replace the wheel also even though it's still round.
So I'm pondering the best way to get just one tire and wheel. It looks like a new wheel is $198.00 on this site, which is less than I feared, and I could get a tire from Tire Rack I suppose. Any suggestions? Any chance someone who has upgraded their tires and wheels would sell just one?

I blew out a tire a couple weeks ago. I would have ordered a replacement from this site, but Tim doesn't carry the Michelins and I didn't want to spring for upgrading all 4 tires at this time.
I went to Discount Tire and they matched Tirerack's price without me even asking. I checked and Tirerack was $167 + $15 for shipping and Discount Tire was $187. It was worth the extra $5 to get it done quickly.
Anyway, when I took it in, I had written down the tire model and size on a slip of paper, and on it I had the $167 written down from Tirerack, just so I would remember (to make sure they weren't too far out of line). Well, the guy writing up the ticket sees that and asked me if someone had quoted me that price. I said no, that it was Tirerack's price.
Well, I got my receipt and he had matched the price, which turned out to be a really good deal since I didn't have to pay the shipping either. I also got the road hazard warranty on all the tires, so I shouldn't have to worry about this again.
Anyway, you could just order the wheel from Tim, then when it comes in take it somewhere and get the new tire.

I would buy the wheel from this site because everyone is probably gonna want the same or more for just one wheel...The prices on wheels are more than likely lower than any acura dealership...As for the tire, I would buy one from tirerack or tires.com if you want the match...Those michelins cost a grip
