Since the plastic lip under the screw on the headlight assembly which holds the metal clip in broke, I had to use a special washer. I have C&K toggle switches at work and they have special washers with a tab to hold the switch in place....so I used the washer to hold the clip down and that tab stopped it from falling. It's MUCH easier to do the driver's headlight if you take the air filter box out (I already removed the resonator a while back so it wasn't connected to anything).

6000k bulbs don't seem as bright...just seems more violet.
