YAYAYAYAYAY! I got my car back from the bodyshop today. Almost a month since the accident, that claimed the whole front of my car almost up to the engine. They fixed it better than new. Every part that was damaged, except for the rear bumper (slight scratch and license plate imprint: repaired), was replaced. The car even smells new. The only question I have, I was testing the gears and I noticed that I cannot shift in automatic mode to 1. Is that normal?

Depends on which model year you have.

All 2000 and newer TL cannot be shifted to 1 or control shift between 1 and 2.
