Well i had it done today and man the car looks and feels great. THey rotated the tires, changed my oil, cleaned the outside and got me out of there before 12 noon after gettin there at 10ish. Not bad considering they were really busy. They also had refreshments and bagfelsa with cream cheese and crackers and fruit there too. I love my dealership and everyone there is soo friendly. I also got to see my slaesman who sold me my car, and after 8 monts of not seein g me, he still remebered my name. THats what i call service. The dealer was RIck CAse ACura in Ft lauderdale and my slaesman was Dana Pincket (i think thats the his last name), cost was 95 bucks and time of service was about an hour and half. I also let them all know about our site and all the info they didnt know about.
I also asked the parts department about extra cl-s wheels. He said that they didnt have any extra wheels around the shop but if they did, they would be around 75-100 bucks a piece. In my opinion, i would call all the dealers around town to check on takeoffs (thats what used tires are called) and see if hey have any if u TL guys really want them.

I got a Q for u though, did your "Check Engine" light comes on before the checkup? Mine does that, but it's not 7500 mile yet.

Try taking the gas cap off, and then putting it back on again. After taking the car in for this problem 3 times before, I found that doing this will work. Thing is, i KNOW i turned it enough to get 3 clicks, but whatever, i tried it and it worked. hope this helps.

I'm almost there, too. I'm wondering though if it's worth it to spend that kind of money for just an oil change and tire rotation. Did they do anything else? (BTW, this former Philly resident is a big FLYERS fan - got tix for 1/12/01 game against Tampa Bay!)

I'm about to do my 21750-miles service and I only have my car for 8 month! After several Service Maintenance (last one was $375, the price will go up each time), it's good to have someone checks periodically for people like me who doesn't have time and high mileage driving.

I got my car from Rick Case... and Dana Pekunece was my salesman too. I thought he was alright... he kinda had the "if you don't buy it someone else will" attitude after I waited 6 days for a White Diamond Pearl non-NAV to come in, but I guess that's par for the course (car salespeople).

I have to agree that the service department, from my limited dealings with them, is great. They got me in and out pretty quickly when performing the seat belt buckle replacement and there were plenty of free refreshments in the waiting area. A pretty nice dealership overall.

YEh dana was cool, very helpful. I had my offers from other dealers and he matched and took off money, IT was very nice. The parts department was great, and mike rispoli is the man, i told him i needed to be out of there by 11-30 and i was. There will be trolls from RIck case on the site so be carefull what u say bad about them (wink wink) WEll thanks again to them and to everone wiith there advise, and the LIgth did come on at exactly at 7500 miles.

If you'll notice in your OWNER'S MANUAL, it says that for the 1,000 or so miles prior to a service, your MaintReqd light will blink for 10 seconds when you start your car. After the service interval, it will come on and stay on until it is reset.
