i was driving in toronto from a club. i was trying to make a right turn to get into the right lane to enter the QEW, i was looking over my shoulder when suddenly the truck ahead of me slammed his breaks..i wasnt even able to break..never actally got the chance to. Apparently there was a fender bender up ahead..... what im suprised about is that the air bags never deployed.. and the car was in really bad shape..it was even leaking radiator fluid. From what i understand the sensors are located in the bumper..which was actally intact..becuase i hit a Dodge Ram.. which is higher up meaning everything above the bumper was crushed. on aside not everyone in the car was ok.. just shaken up to see the car in that type state.. will post pics when i go back to the reporting center.

 

that sucks.... sorry to hear about what hapened.... everyone was okay, so that is a plus.... insurance is the negative.... post pics when possible...

actually becuase the car was leaking radiation fluid, i was advised not to drive the car. it was towed to the nearest police reporting center

The EXACT same situation happened to me ... with my old car 5 years ago. If you can pay for it yourself and for the truck ... else if you go through insurance you will pay for for the next 6 years. Happened to me so I know.
