How much is 10 pounds in a TL really going to save us though. Granted our car is a sports sedan but come on.

Screw that. Come summertime... the entire interior is being pulled
and the car COVERED in dynomat. But, I did ditch the spare tire the
first day i owned it.

Driving/racing with a minimal amount of gas is a great way to reduce your weight.

Like Dhiren said, I did not get this car to make lighter and race etc, etc. It's a entry level Luxury sport sedan. By my standards, this car is a whale. But it's comfortable

Why not replace the side windows with Plexiglass? Glass is heavy you know. j/k, theoretically, reducing the weight up front in our front heavy car would be a good thing, but it would be nice if it lost more then 10lbs.

10 lbs on a 3500 lb car is nothing. Take the spare tire out.

Not much you can remove in the engine compartment! CF hood would certainly help.

How about if we left our HIDs at home? That'll save weight and reduce theft.
