Good Service in So-Cal
Hey guys,
Now that I have a TL-S, I was wondering what is a good place to take it in for usual services. I can take it into one of these places since they are close to me.
Keyes Acura (this is where I got my car from)
Valencia Acura
South Coast Acura
Mission Viejo Acura
If there are any other dealers close to the last two in Orange County, please feel free to let me know. Thanks Guys!

Try Weir Canyon Acura. Their Service Department is pretty good. This is where I took my CL and now take my TL-S. Heard bad things about Mission Viejo. Heard Tustin is good also.

If you decide to go to Tustin for anything besides an oil change, stay with your car. Don't do that drop off thing. Twice they put on at least 10-20 miles on my car when I got it back. Just make a note of the miles and have a service person look at it with you when you are picking it up. I brought it to their attention once and now they don't use my car for their part pickups anymore. Maybe just an isolated incident but be careful. I am tempted to take it to UR#1 (they only do Hondas and Acuras) in Westminster when Tustin Acuras oil change prices go up. I have owned Hondas and Acura for the last 8 years and each one lasted at least to 150,000 miles.

Ok....so far it seems that Tustin Acura is probably the first place I should try out.
When I had my Honda Passport before the TL, I used to get my service done at Honda World in Westminster and I never had any problems there. Plus I would walk around and look at all the new Hondas. It was a nice place to sit down and relax also. As an added bonus for me, allota Pretty girls came there for service so I hardly ever got bored there ...hehe...just thought I'd share that...alright..thanks again guys.

Tustin is a good dealer. I bought my TL-S there with no hassle, in and out with half hours and good price. The service is decent/good. Not perfect, but good enough compare to others. Ask for Eric, he's a service manager. The only thing I don't like Tustin is that you need to make appointment for simple service such as oil change, and they don't give out loaner car if the work is less than one day service. They have free snacks and drinks while you wait for your car. They have no problem with aftermarket parts as far as I know since I saw few mod TLs came there for services.
Honda World in Westminster is good. I never need to make appointment there for oil change even on Sat even the service person recommend to.
UR#1 is good also, but sometimes they charge the price too much. Had one bad experienced few years ago.

Weir Canyon Acura sucks! They couldn't find your problem and fix it, the service guy whose name John had bad attitude.
Tustin Acura! Not bad, but you have to wait for your car done!
Mission Viejo Acura, I like it better than the others, even it looks smaller and older.
Mission Viejo>Tustin>Weir Canyon
