I found a place here in NC that will sell me Lowenhart BR5's, 18x8's, chrome for $650 a wheel. Is that good? Also what offset should I get? 50?

Dazz motorsports put me in touch with a place. At first they told me $590 a wheel then $720's. I told them I would split the cost of their mistake. Im not at home right now so I dont have the name of the place. It's in Charlotte.
