I've got a small (quarter size) dent/nick of paint off over the rear right wheel....

2-3 down the the black plastic scratches on the Driver Mirror and a chip of paint where it and the clear coat ar like hanging there on the front (eraserhead sized)

To fix the dent and paint the rest -- Jimmy Shine (guy my uncle knows who owns a body shop) said he'd charge me $150 --- is that reasonable?
I have FP Red --- apparently Red's expensive....

Sounds reasonable to me. i don't know how hard the FP Red is to match though. A quarter size area of missing paint doesn't seem small to me. I'd spend the money to fix it.

 

Yeah it may sound like a lot but i might be pretty reasonable since the red is hard to find. Although, my two bumpers are only 200 but since its Acura EVERYTHING is expensive to fix....

 

Ya, that sounds about right. Make sure he gets the color right. Like someone else said, Red is a pain in the ass color.

 

I trus the guy -- -he's been in business a lonnnggg time has his own shop, etc....

 

yeah but regardless its always good to compare prices, jsut for other options.
