Good Electric Supercharger

Ok, Ok, i know this has been brought up before, but i thought about it the other day when my classmate, going for Phd in Aero engr., and i were talking about air flow. The reason these electric superchargers don't work is because of the back pressure; our intakes have a vaccum in them, that is the pressure inside them is less than that of atmospheric. All compressors and turbines need back pressure to opetare, otherwise you get cavitation, and then then its like not even having anything there. So what about a compressor that sucks in atmospheric air and then blows it into the filter?

If i could find one like that, i would jump on it in a heartbeat. The best i have found is this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

buts its along the lines of having no back pressure.

What do you guys think?
