Good dealers in the SF Bay Area?

Folks,
I need to get some warranty work done on the wife's TL. Anyone have any recommendations or (stay away from!) dealers in the SF Bay Area?

The dealers closes to me are:
Sunnyvale Acura
Pleasanton Acura
Stevens Creek Acura

What are your experiences with these dealers?

My list of things thus far to get fixed.
1. Driver's side heated seat. (doesn't get hot enough)
2. Brake pedal has lots of "lateral" movement (side 2 side)
3. The window trim is bubbling!! (I just noticed this on 2 of the 4 doors! I have no clue how they're going to fix this. I don't really want them to take apart the complete door either as I'm sure there'll be rattles later on!!)
4. The NAV screen has a red-dot on it. Not sure if I want them to fix this either as they'll have to tear out part of my dashboard

I think that's about it for now.

Don't live in SF but as for your problems...

1. Heat padding will be replaced...probably be cheaper to buy the heat padding and install yourself.
2. Never heard of this problem...try going under the dash yourself to see if you are able to tighten it in any way.
3. Covered under warranty..considering you are under warranty.
4. You could try to get your dealer to fix your screen...but it's gonna be real expensive.

It's all under warranty! I'm not worried about money!

So no sense in me doing work when it's got a warranty. Specially since it was built into the price of the car.

Anyone ever have the bubbling window trim issue? Anyhow know how it's replaced? I really don't want them to take the door apart.

There are a lot of members that have had the window trim issue. I believe they put some sort of tape (not like the original already on the car) on. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Holy CRAP! I just did a search about the window trim. Didn't realize that it was such a widespread problem. My fault for not using the search function first.

Anyhow, anyone in the SF Bay Area have this repaired yet? I want to know if you got it painted or re-stickered by the dealer. I want someone that will paint it! I want it done right as I dont' want them to take my door apart again if this issue happens again later. Seems like based on people's posts, that some dealers are painting and some are re-stickering (like the word I just made up?)

Also, opinions on dealers please!!

We had all of our warranty work done in Pleasanton and thought they were awful. Once they put a dent in the fender and another time ripped the window trim... Which they had to order and when we took it in, did not get it finished because they were "busy"..Hey, If you did not screw it up in the first place,it would not be here ...

Regarding the window thing....
We have had all 4 B pillar panels replaced and the thin window trim(around the tops of the windows) painted which came out pretty well....

I have never had any problems with Pleasanton Acura. Yes they are busy, but I have scheduled appointments and they have always had my car ready on time or earlier than promised.

I've had good luck with Acura of Concord service, despite having been turned off by the sales staff. Contact Brett Mifune there. He'll take good care of you.

Don't let Concord Acura wash your car. They use Brillo pads.

I've done all my warranty work in Oakland...including painting the 4 door pillars & replacing the heating element.
