GOOD dealer experience
If you guys recall, when I took my car to its first hand car wash, they put armorall all over the interior. Being a complete retard, I used a harsh chemical on my black dash by the radio, cupholders, aluminum trim, and it took off the finish. I went to the dealer friday to look at the Type S and to get some touch up paint which IMO is like black water. I talked to service advisor Steve and told him I spilled coke on it and it took off my finish He said he would replace my cupholders to the 02's, my aluminum, the area around it, and my dash (different problem). He didn't have to do this but he did it anyway. For those of you who go to Rallye, they really helped me out this time.
BTW, the whole cupholder was 110 or something, the aluminum was 80, the black around the aluminum was 200 or so. As you might imagine, I was exceptionally pleased.

I've had mostly good experiences with them. I've heard a fair amount of bad stories about them as well, so I guess it's hit or miss.
I went to Rallye Mercedes yesterday to look at the C320 and CLK430. Bad experience. The C320 was out of gas, so I ended up test driving a C240 (piece of shit). The sales guy decided to come with us and took us on a *short* test drive. The CLK430 was sweet. None available for test drive, but I sat in it for a while to get a feel for it. Definately don't think I could have it as my only car, so I've got to plan on keeping my TL.
I also took a test drive in the TL Type S. That car drives *nice*... just the right suspension feel. Unfortunately about halfway through my test drive, a nassau county cop started following me, so I couldn't give it my normal test drive treatment (a *fast* drive through some curvey roads) *Bummed*
