has the timing belt been done?
did you try autocheck instead of carfax?
did you have it inspected b a mechanic?
'how many times has the transmission been replaced?
how are the tires?
interior?
pictures?

 

If it checks out at the mechanics then good, make sure you look for any re-welding. Mechanics just looks at the things they know about, and they dont know autobody. Just eye the paint, make sure everything is matching. Then check the engine may to make sure all frame is not rusted, almost check the trunk and flat tire area for any repair work. If they got into an accident and not report it, carfax wont show. 7500, I would go lower. do 7200, say its got a lot of miles, if no timing belt change, go ever lower.

 

My mechanic just so happens to be a good family friend and a transmission specialist, so I will have him take extra time on the tranny.

no of course not, the tranny just got replaced about 4k ago....

i just cant drive auto anymore man i took a trip to wisc and that sealed the deal for me i need a manual again lol

which sucks cuz i dropped so much money into the car that i wont get back, n that 6sp swap is pretty pricey

dc- well its not just the manual factor but thats the main issue, im just bad with cars lol i always want change, i know its horrible but i dont put my self in so deep im in financial strugggle yanno what im sayin..

plus the new whip will be RWD
