Good deal?

I am going to look at a 2001 Acura TL type S Navi w 40,000 miles on it tommorow and want to know if $20500 is a good price. I looked on KBB.com and it shows that TL-S wasn't available until 2002. Is that right, am I being told I am getting something I am not? Also what should I look for a far as problems?

Oh and it is a private party deal.

Oh and how long is Acura going to cover the tranny, I thought I read they extended the warranty to 7 yr/100,000 miles.

The TL-S did not come out until the 2002 model year, which means it may have been manufactured in 2001. The CL-S came out in the 2001 model year.
