Good bye TLS

Well, yesterday i traded my TLS for a g35 Coupe. It had too many problems and it just got annoying coming to service all the time to fix things. Although i loved my TLS, this car is just sooo fun to drive. I got a Twilight Blue/black 6MT G35c. When i get the chance, i'll post some pics of my TLS as well as my G35. So ya..this isnt really a good bye because ill probably still be posting around the forums. :p

Just curious, how much happier are you with the G35 (my dad is currently considering an 02/03 TL or a 03 G35)? The only problem with the G35 is the relatively small trunk and the not-so-hot gas mileage (is it any worse than your TL)?

I honestly like it alot more cuz it has such a sporty feel which is what i was looking for. I'm not sure about the mileage but i think its 20/27

if you check on ALLDATA, there's already a number of recalls and more TSB's for the G35 than for the TL. let's see if after a few months you'll be annoyed by all the problems the new car has requiring multiple trips to the dealer to fix. i'm annoyed too but that's cuz i'm anal about having everything perfect. and i'm sure even the S55s of the world have their problems too. i'm going in tuesday for no heat to my driver seat bottom and an intermittent problem with the fuel sensing unit. gonna be my 4th trip since june to get something fixed

Raced a Twilight Blue G35 sedan with ground effects last Wednesday on 75N around 3:30p.m. Wouldn't happened to have been you ColdFusionTL? He had a lady and two kids in the back, I bolted from him but I don't think he was willing to play (due to the family in the back). I will say I loved the color though.

I hope it's not goodbye Acura problems and hello Infinity problems. Didn't hear anything nice about the G35. Some friends who own them are more impressed with the TL-S and also the 04 TL. One even took mine for a drive and said that the TL-S is smoother and the interior was way better than their plasticky Nissan upgrade.

Just sharing that.
If you do get problems with your G, can you post them here too?

Ya sure..i'll keep you guys posted on what goes on with this car. I havent heard any problems with the 04's in the g35 forums. Most of the problems were with the 03's cuz it was a new car.

Honestly, i bought the spoiler and had it painted but i never got around to installing it. Right now its just in the garage. It looks pretty nice on a CLS so my brother said he might want to use it

But heres a pic from someone else's car

The trade-in went better than i expected. I have a cheaper monthly with a trade-in than most g35 owners without a trade-in. I got the G35 from Glendale Infiniti. They really gave the best deal possible. Miller Infiniti also gave good numbers but they didnt have 6MT with the color i wanted.
